The above characters spell out The Name of our Father. Hebrew is read from right to left. In english they are read as YHWH. In english translations of the Bible, many times YHWH Our Father's name is replaced with the title the LORD. This is the eqivalent of calling somebody "the man", or "the women" instead of using their personal name. The "LORD" better translated "Master" is what He is, but this is not His name. The following verse shows us just how important knowing the name of YHWH is.

Joel 2:31,32

[31] The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of YHWH (the LORD) come.
[32] And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of YHWH (the LORD) shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as YHWH (the LORD) hath said, and in the remnant whom YHWH (the LORD) shall call.

This website was created to proclaim the Good News of Yahushua Mashiach (Jesus Christ). In (Amos 8:11-12) our Father states "Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of YHWH (the LORD)." That famine has definitely arrived. In a time when there are more ministries in the world then ever before, the true word of Elohim (God) is not taught as much as it should be. What we hear taught today is most often a watered down version of the word that is ladened with traditions of man that make void the word of Elohim (God). In (Matthew 15:8-9) Yahushua spoke about this when He said "This people draweth nigh unto Me with their mouth, and honoureth Me with their lips: but their heart is far from Me. But in vain they do worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."

"Study to shew thyself approved unto Elohim (God), a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15) Our Father expects us to spend quality time with him in the study of his word, The Bible. This is how we get to know him better. We can learn about what he likes, and what he dislikes. We can also understand just how much he truely loves us. The Bible is Elohim's (God's) letter to us. If we claim to be Christians shouldn't we be intersted in this letter? Church attendance and giving offerings  alone are not enough. Although many pastors stress these two things the most, the question is, what does Elohim (God) say about it? " For I desire mercy and not sacrifice and the knowledge of GOD more than burnt offerings." ( Hosea 6:6) Mashiach [Messiah (Christ)] himself quoted this verse twice. Our Father desires love more than works. If we truely love him, then  we will be diligent in the study of His word, The Bible.

I recommend that serious Bible students study with the Companion Bible. This Bible only comes in the King James Version. Along with Bible verses, each page has a side column that contains additional information. The Companion Bible also  has 198 appendixes on different subjects of interest. This Bible can be purchased at most Bible book stores. If this Bible is not available, than I would recommed a regular KJV Bible. Even if you regularly study with a different translation, I would still recommend that you own a KJV Bible. The Strongs Exhaustive Concordance, is another necessary study tool for serious Bible students. This Concordance can only be used with  the KJV Bible. It has a Hebrew/Chaldean and Greek dictionary that allows the Bible student to research the meanings of words that were written in the original text. Hebrew/Chaldean were the original languages that the Old Covenant (Testament) was written in. Greek was the original language that the New Covenant (Testament) was written in. The Strongs Concordance can also be purchased at Bible book stores.
